Terms of Service
Last updated: August 19, 2026
These Terms are a launch-preparation draft for SiteBuddy. They describe the intended structure of the service but must be finalized before paid subscriptions are enabled.
1. The service
SiteBuddy provides tools for creating, configuring and embedding AI-powered assistants on websites. Features, usage limits and supported integrations may change as the product develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
3. Customer content
You remain responsible for the websites, documents, FAQs and other content you provide to SiteBuddy. You must have the right to use that content and must not upload unlawful, infringing or malicious material.
4. AI-generated responses
AI systems can produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. Customers are responsible for reviewing their assistant configuration and should not rely on SiteBuddy as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
5. Usage limits and plans
Paid plans are expected to include monthly AI reply limits. Final prices, billing intervals, overage behavior, refund rules and renewal terms will be displayed before checkout once billing is implemented.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use SiteBuddy to violate law, abuse or harass others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, impersonate others or intentionally collect information in ways that violate applicable privacy obligations.
7. Availability
SiteBuddy may change, suspend or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
8. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the SiteBuddy contact page. Final legal entity and jurisdiction details will be added before commercial launch.
